Made a New Nonsense Monster Designs Logo

Man, I love when a random pile of things becomes something rather visually interesting.

I took this photo:Which I thought was rad in a kinda weird surreal way. Thus I promptly decided to go forward with making a vector illustration version.

And Boom goes the Dynamite:I'm pretty happy with the result.

My bedroom is a mess...and now I am inspired!

Ok, so for the past 3 weeks or so I've been TRYING to clean my room, and I dare say I FINALLY figured out WHY I'm getting Nowhere!

The answer is so simple, I can't believe I didn't realize it before. I have an extremely large amount of fabric, socks and other materials.. and HAVEN'T been making enough plushies!

Therefore... the Flood of Nonsense Monsters shall begin! I'm sure this is gonna kill my sewing machine, which was already on its last legs, but 'sokay I was bent on asking for a better one this year for Christmas.

So time to move the piles of Comic Books and DVDs! Time to set the laptop on the bed and run a movie rather than Troll Facebook! Time to Dust off the needle and thread! Time to let the imagination fly! Time to give scraps of fabric LIFE! Time to pull out the GOOD scissors! Time to surround myself with packages of Polyester Fiberfill! Time to Set back up my One-man-Sweatshop!

Bags Creature Co is now Nonsense Monster Designs

Hey y'all I've been contemplating it for a while and now its legit. I'm in the process of Re-Branding my Plush company Bags Creature Co to Nonsense Monster Designs or Nonsense Monsters for short. I'm gonna be diversifying my logos some too, so don't be surprised that D-wayne isn't in every one of them either lolz.

I've been wanting to change it for a while now, just because there was a lot of confusion with the whole "bags" thing, and because I've wanted to further distance myself from John Murphy's Stupid Creatures, his book may have been how I started but its far from my style now. Also I've always used the term Nonsense to define my characters thus the name change.

The process of the Re-Branding actually helps encourage me to get my hiney in gear in terms of re-developing my website, which i'd needed to do anyway. Meanwhile when I get in the web design kick I'll be launching the Pimp5Productions Website soon too. Bleh I'm gonna be busy with websites. Not to mention of course that I'm in 2 Sculpture classes AND a installation video class. WOO!
